Do you offer Gift Wrapping? Yes, your gifts can be delivered in our beautifully presented and personalized Fer Sucre Paper or Bag. Gift wrapped items come with a gift card for your personal message (up to a maximum of 4 lines and 80 characters). Please contact our Gallery.
Are your paintings or utilitarian art items returnable? Paintings are NOT returnable or refundable. Special order items are NOT returnable as these items have been custom made for you.
Do you ship Internationally? Absolutely, just select your country during the checkout process so we can route the order to the appropriate courier.
Are all your paintings signed by Fer Sucre? YES! all our paintings are Fer Sucre originals, are signed and dated in the front and the back.
Do you charge for eGift Cards? No, we do not charge for sending your gift card to an email recipient, nor will the recipient have any fees when he/she uses it. It never expires.
Do you offer special orders or custom work? Yes, we can help you commission custom work made especially for you. If you're interested in a custom piece, we suggest you browse our site for items of a similar style. Once you have an idea of the specific design elements you want, as well as the cost of similar item, please visit our Gallery to speak with Fer about a project proposal.
When is my credit card charged? Your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed.
